This device is worn with a chest strap to ensure you have the most accurate way of measuring Heart rate and Effort! This is still the most popular device. However it is not waterproof so If swimming is a big part of your routine, the SWITCH is a must! This device can also work as an external sneer for GARMIN and will significantly improve its accuracy!
