WHAT IS RISE ONLINE?
Our RISE Online program offers the flexibility of virtual fitness with the personal touch of one-on-one coaching.
Each week, you'll have a dedicated coaching call with a certified trainer to provide personalized guidance, motivation, and accountability. Alongside your workouts, you'll receive comprehensive support with our app, including nutrition planning and progress tracking. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our program is designed to help you reach your goals with the convenience of online access and professional coaching.
To keep it super simple we have one package and one tried and tested route to your success. We offer an initial 12 week program that includes:
3x 4 week customised programs built around the things you like to do
Your own nutrition plan built around your lifestyle and the things you like to eat
Weekly Coaching sessions where we set goals for the week ahead and celebrate each success!
Your very own myzone device to help you stay motivated and on track!
